Mazak QTN250 CNC

Latest addition to our machine shop is a Mazak QTN250 CNC Lathe giving us the capability to magazine bar feed turned and milled components with stock sizes up to a Diameter of 75mm.  The power milling and full positional axis capability enabling one hit machining at very close tolerances and rates of production which will yield attractive product costing.

 

Mazak Horizontal capacity

We have now increased our capacity with the addition of two Mazak HCN4000-2 horizontal machining centres. These machines are state of art and have capability for inprocess measurement and reporting.

Our complement of horozontal machining centres is now five all operating on 24 hour basis. We are very competive on product pricing and can provide rapid response for urgent requirements.
