We have a good track record of providing cost effective engineering solutions for customers who experience a variety of problems with certain components. For example one customer had found it impossible to achieve the required quality of surface finish to allow a cryogenic valve to maintain sealing at extremely low temperatures, we solved the problem with specialised tooling on our jig borer.
Another customer had trouble holding tolerances whilst line boring prototype crankshaft journals. We were able to assist by utilising quick change pallet fixtures onto our production Mazak FH8800 CNC horizontal machining centre allowing the client access to our machine at a realistic cost.
