The graphic shown below illustrates the general capacity in terms of component/fixture size available on our fundamental processes i.e. CNC Turning, Vertical CNC Milling and Horizontal CNC Milling.

CNC Lathe

We have a variety of  CNC lathes for both turning and turn/mill operations with bar feed capability, we can accommodate  components that fit within the space envelope illustrated by this graphic, we are experienced in developing work holding solutions for the more complex geometries having the in house skills to produce bespoke turning jigs and fixtures.

CNC Vertical M / c

We have a variety of  CNC of vertical machining centres and can offer 4 axis capability for the more complex parts, we can accommodate  components that fit within the space envelope illustrated by this graphic, we are experienced in developing work holding solutions for the more complex geometries having the in house skills to produce bespoke milling  jigs and fixtures.

CNC Horizontal M / c

We have a variety of  CNC of horizontal production  machining centres all with pallet loading for optimum cost performance and can offer 4 axis capability for the more complex parts, we can accommodate  components that fit within the space envelope illustrated by this graphic, we are experienced in developing work holding solutions for the more complex geometries having the in house skills to produce bespoke milling  jigs and fixtures.
